RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

Returns, refunds, or exchanges will only be made available for products received with visible damage, within 15 days of receipt of the product. We try our best to visually inspect each thread holder and remove products with visible imperfections such as rough cuts or jagged edges that could potentially harm your floss, but if you do receive a floss drop with visible imperfections or damage incurred during shipping please send us a photo of the damaged product and we can work out a refund or exchange. Please note that in some cases the original order may not be eligible for an exchange due to inventory availability but we will always do our best to work with you to replace the product with something else you love or offer a refund. 

If a return is accepted, I will provide details of where to send your items. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once a refund is approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please note that specialty color thread holders will have color variations and each item will be unique in color. Due to this, items received may vary slightly compared to those pictured on the website. 

We are firm believers that each stitcher is unique and not all products will work for all people. While we hope you are satisfied with your purchase, refunds cannot be processed on a satisfaction guarantee. We suggest ordering a small quantity to start with and if you love your thread holders as much as we do you can always scale up your collection!
