SHIPPING
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
There is a $5 flat- rate shipping fee for all domestic orders.
Orders typically ship within 1-3 days from the date of payment. Most packages are sent via USPS ground advantage. Once your order has been received by the post office, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary, especially during the holiday season when USPS may experience delays.

Once your shipping label has been created, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please note it may take 1–2 days for the post office to receive the package and begin updating tracking information.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot make changes once a shipping label has been created.
If you believe your package may be lost in transit, please reach out and we will do our best to help. However, we do not have access to any additional information beyond what is available through the tracking number.
Please note that once a package has been marked “Delivered” by USPS, it is considered delivered. Unfortunately, even when a package is insured, USPS does not offer reimbursement for packages after they have been marked as delivered.
APO/FPO/DPO SHIPPING
We are happy to ship oversees to US military/diplomatic addresses. Shipping to an APO/FPO/DPO address will incur the standard domestic shipping rate of $5.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Orders will ship within 1-3 business days from the date of payment. When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks.
International shipping rates are priced based on the size and weight of the items in your order. Rates can be expensive, but they are wholly out of our control and we do not profit on the cost paid for international shipping. Occasionally, the website is unable to pull real-time shipping rates and a default fee of $60USD is charged. If the actual shipping cost turns out to be less than what was charged, we will gladly refund the difference.
When a package leaves the US it is transferred to your country's postal service and the tracking information may no longer update. If you are worried the package may be lost in transit, please contact your local post office before reaching out to us. Please allow a full 6 weeks from the date of shipment before reaching out to us in regards to a suspected lost package.​

If the shipping address is different than the address provided at time of checkout, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Once a shipping label has been created you will receive an email with the tracking information. Please note it may take another day or two for the post office to receive the package and update the tracking information.

Please note, we are not responsible for any taxes, duties, and customs charges payable to the destination country of the shipment.
ECO-FRIENDLY PACKAGING
We are committed to creating a more sustainable and eco-friendly shipping experience. Our Thread Holders are packaged in 100% compostable kraft bags with an inner plant-based PLA lining. We use fully recyclable shipping supplies such a corrugated cardboard boxes, kraft paper mailers, and 100% compostable poly mailers. If you ever receive a package from us that includes styrofoam padding, please know this is material we have recycled from other shipments we receive here in the store.
